Our car died while on vacation in the area. There were no available rental cars in Spearfish, so we rented a 10ft UHaul truck until our car was repaired. The staff was so accommodating and the vehicle was clean!

I didn't receive the dolly I asked for, but was still charged for it. I have used Uhaul many times, so I am not too upset , but it will encourage me to use a different location in the future if there is an option. Also, I feel like self-pickup for trucks should add a discount because I am now doing much of the work of verifying the truck's condition. Thank you either way. I am sure I'll be a customer again in the future.

Truck was way in the back in the weeds that were about 2 feet tall. Took 4 calls to U Haul and 2 call to truck support 24/7 to even get into the truck because the pick up directions were not clear as to where the keys were located. It took me over an hour to get into the truck. Will never use U Haul again based on this experience. Gas tank was not full. Terrible experience.

We ordered two dollys-a utility & an appliance one. We did an early morning pickup so no one was around to help us. That involved an extra trip back to the location because we needed to move a washer & dryer. I was also surprised that we had to do so much on our iPhone to get a 7am pickup. Good thing one of us knew how to use an app!!!!

This dealer was fantastic. I was struggling to get the vehicle checked out for my out of state move after a last minute picked location change. Even though the dealer was closed, he arrived and opened the door to help me finish checking in. The mobile app has some glitches and isn't very user friendly for picking up and dropping off equipment.

Very complicated key pick up. Extremely difficult to understand. Wrong information and where key was located was incorrect.

The trailer is garbage. It's the model that does not have slots where hooks can attach into the side walls. It's worthless for tying things down. The ton is old and the hitch connector is failing. Good location. Good person running it. Terrible equipment. I blame U-Haul entirely

They took the U Hual van a day early and were very accommodating. I was able to leave the key in a drop box and get back to unpacking in my new home

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Drop off was quick and easy. As with the pick up location the personnel in Spearfish were on the ball and made it as simple and convenient as possible.
