Michael RIt would be nice to have easier anchor points for ratchet strap hooks other than the wood bars in the hold. I had to buy a whole different set of straps and ratchet devices to facilitate the wood bars in the truck; which was a solid inconvenience. Otherwise, the truck was in top condition.

Provided clear and concise information and the transaction was overall simple and complete. When looking for rentals, contacted and was able to schedule the effort when the website did not reflect what was actually available when or where which allowed me to work the schedule for what I needed to get done.

Susan HDan's Place is by far the best rental experience I have ever had, and have used his service for any rental needs. Most recently, 10/22/2024, Dan met me after hours, because I was stuck in traffic. I explained that I needed the car hauler the next day, so I could pick up my son's new car in another state. He met me after hours and quickly hooked the trailer up, and the equipment was flawless from Maryland to Connecticut and back. Dan maintains a very organized business with great customer service always! If you are in the Cumberland, Maryland area and need rental services, you will not be disappointed with Dan's Place! Thanks again Dan for a Great Experience!
Matthew TDan's Place was convenient, and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful in ensuring that we would be able to turn the rental in at any U-Haul shop. The place we picked was just a drop off point and there were no other U-Haul vehicles there, so we ended up taking it to another drop off site close to my home.

Demekco WWe had the best experience renting from Dans Place! The owner was so kind and made everything so quick and easy. He even gave us a discount because the previous renter returned it with no gas! When it was time to return the truck we had the pleasure of meeting his wife and she is just as kind and helpful as her husband! An absolute 5 star experience!

mitchel yDan was fantastic! Our first time renting a vehicle towing trailer so Dan hooked it up for us while walking us through the process. He even gave us great directions to get back on the interstate more easily. Paperwork process was also very smooth. Everyone should be so lucky with their rental experience!

Erik MNo fault of Dan's, but a previous renter damaged the truck I used and it leaked on the passenger side of the box! Might want to have that addressed! But as far as Dan's Place, 5 stars, all the way!!
