Had some unexpected charges at the end that I probably will dispute with my credit card company as soon as they clear. I returned the fuel at the level it was given to me and was still charged for 5 extra gallons. And there was another charge I'm still not sure why I was charged. I probably will use Penske next time I need to use a moving truck or recommend them to anyone needing a truck over uhaul.

This location was great, the man running it was a little overwhelmed with situations but he was still in great spirits and very helpful.

But the unit was available during the time I just had to drive to the other side of town to pick it up. Overall, the people and locations were great in overcoming this hick-up.

JOHN CThe man that answered the phone was helpful. The employee that was sent out to help was very rude when asked for help on where to leave the trailer. Began cursing and yelling when I expressed discomfort reversing the trailer into such a small space and denying him using my personal vehicle to park it. Do not recommend this location at all.

GREGORY JTrailer a piece of junk. Wiring for lights very crappy and tongue doesn't clamp onto ball of hitch worth a shit!! Worn out trailer that needs some TLC and maintenance or it needs to be retired. It was dangerous to pull this as tongue was bouncing off of the ball of hitch. We made it about 1 mile on highway and couldn't go over 40 mph. My husband pulled over and placed a tight bungie cord around tongue and ball of hitch which made it much safer. Thank god we were only going a short distance! No way this would have worked for a long distance trip!! Very disappointed and scary situation. The staff at this location were very polite and as helpful as they could be with the junk you give them to work with. The chains on this trailer wouldn't even hook to our factory installed chain hooks. Poor guy had to rig that up for us as well. Needless to say, will never rent from U-Haul again.

TERRENCE TNo offense to Dave's, they can't give me a vehicle they don't have. There has to be a better way to ensure on time returns! I had a real hassle picking up my van and trailer despite making reservations a week in advance. I hope to never use uhaul again!
Joe TLocation was a little difficult to find. U-haul itself does not have a good street presence. Drive behind Daves auto service to find the entrance to the the auto store and entrance into the shop.

Uhaul was 1) honest about the truck 2) upgraded me to a bigger truck with no upcharge 3) gave me an extra day and extra mileage without an upcharge. Everyone I met at each Uhaul location was knowledgable and helpful. Best Uhaul experience I've ever had. ALSO the truck I got was new and WOW IT IS SO MUCH BETTER. It's way more comfortable, easier to drive and the BLUETOOTH MAKES SUCH A DIFFERENCE. Thank you:)))
