JAY FThe service was excellent, which is why I would recommend it to others. Unfortunately, the quality of the truck was less than pleasing. The truck and trailer were both dirty. I was forced to clean the trailer before moving our belongings in it. The truck had a check engine light on, as well. The representative went above and beyond during the process to secure the rental, though.
CAITLYN OLocation was really tight and no clear parking on where to put the 26 foot long truck. I called the location around 3:30pm a day early and no one picked up to answer questions. However the mobile drop off process was really easy on the app.
