David and the staff were wonderful to work with. The online system from U-haul was not user-friendly. I was on "chat" with Khadija for 30 minutes trying to verify that I was who I said I was. Someone texted and called my husband's phone. They spoke with him and then Khadija said that no one was answering and she asked for additional verification. David finally canceled the order and got me the vehicle I requested in five minutes. The van was clean, filled with gas, and in great condition. His practices and procedures were fantastic. That is much more than I can say for the online registration system and the U-haul app.

Make reasonable accommodations for your employees when there are system errors. I had to wait 2 hours to get a U-Haul in freezing conditions because the employees were so confused by the system Outage. Furthermore the vendor was closed when I got There at 5:15 despite the representative telling me they closed at 6, adding to the confusion. Horrible experience I would never recommend that location to anyone.

I can't think of anything bad to say about this store, it's a second hand store. The woman was nice.

I wouldn't recommend because they made me feel like I was taking up there time. They were rude, the lady at the counter had to call the owner to do the rental and he said some choice words on the phone because he had to deal with a uhaul customer. Why do they offer the rental service if they Don't want the hassle?

When I made my reservation I specifically said that I was paying in cash at the time of pickup. Long story short..no one was available at the site and my reservation was in a lock box designed for credit card purchase. I froze for 2 hrs waiting for the property owner to show up at 10 am ,I left numerous voicemail and contacted uhaul representatives for the 2 hours. I am not happy with the fact that I was transferred from one representative to another without proper care. On the bright side I eventually was able to aquire the rental around 4hrs later. Truck was great and I was very satisfied with that in it's self.

The owner of this location is the coolest and most helpful guy, as well as his wife. They decided to help me rent the trailer, even though they told U-haul corporate that location would be closed for some time, but someone in U-haul corporate dropped the ball in a major way and showed on the website that I could still rent from them (they still have a convenience store there, but the U-haul side of it was supposed to be closed at that time).

Business hours Uhaul has and actual business hours are incorrect. Employee sat inside and watched while I struggled to unhook trailer. After I was complete employee came out and closed rear of trailer because i did not but did not say hello, was not friendly, The only reason for the average rating was the parking lot was easy to access.

I had to pick up the truck and trailer for the car, he said that he didn't have a trailer and wouldn't give it to me. I spent the whole day driving another truck and trailers. I called an Uber and drove back and forth, spent about 100 dollars and in the end said that I could pick it up, and when I arrived he got angry and left, leaving me alone. I managed to get in touch and I received the truck and then I took the trailer to another location. It was a terrible day!

The location had closed early but someone was there that knew the owner and called him, he came back to help us out

I did not received my hand trucks or dolly's. I had to go to another U-Haul location in Charlotte Nc and pay twice. No u haul representative could help about getting a refund on the items that I didn't receive. I am truly disappointed in their services.

I drove 21 miles during my rental and I added just over a gallon of gas to bring the fuel back to where it was. They charged me for a 3 gallon refill which is not appropriate.

The merchant took photos on their personal phone of my personal information without my consent (license & debit card) due to having a “bad experience with Mexicans lying about their identity” basically another typical racist/bigoted establishment making up rules as they go due to personal beliefs

First if all, we ordered carts and trolleys that were not in our truck. We paid for things and got nothing. The location of the store had nobody there. We had difficulty opening our box for the key and when we were told to enter the store, we couldn't. The store was locked and nobody was there. So we kept struggling with the beat up old key box tumblers until it worked. So how do I get my money back for the carts and trolleys I prepaid for but never received?

This drop off location was great. We had some changes in plans after pick up and it was difficult getting the drop off location changed. My last assigned drop off was 602 S Main. They had no room and thankfully redirected me down the street.

They hooked the trailer up incorrectly and forgot the moving blankets. Allso after i went back for the blankets was still missing one blanket. Chains were not crossed and were two low to ground about one inch from the ground. I had to fix this before leaving. If i did not know what i was doing it would have been unsafe.

I rented a truck and put for pickup and drop off in the town I live in and it sent me 30 miles away so the miles I prepaid for were up instantly and it sucks

This is the ONLY U-Haul facility I will ever use, ever again! The storefront is AWESOME, ended up walking out with $150 worth of really cool stuff for 50 bucks!!! The owner's wife n supercute puppers took care of us there and the owner took care of our rental, took the time to explain everything made sure that we knew to take pictures of everything, top to bottom, inside n out, before n after, so we would know and have proof that we took care of it, bc he said that gas gets charged $6/gal and ppl will siphon it. AND, he didn't try to hit me with 2 days just bc I was dropping after hours. Just an awesome guy, awesome wife and awesome dog!!! If you need a rental and you're in NC, get it from this fantastic couple and their dog!
