Excellent service à la clientèle. I needed the trailer backed into position on the lot when I returned it and the head person gladly did it for me. Very professional.

RONALD WWasn't allowed to rent what I really needed because they insisted upon a credit card therefore I had to rent what I didn't need and it costed way more. The truck was dirty inside and the transmission on it was pure trash. After being stuck in the mud I called roadside assistance they did not answer. After about 20 minutes I called a tow truck instead and that ended up costing me extra as well. The roadside assistance assigned to the area finally called back after the tow truck was already enroute to me. I was very disappointed.

MELISSA AThe fuel gauge did not work we drove a total of 21 miles and put 36 in the truck to get the gauge to move. Unacceptable we did not use that amount of fuel. Clearly it doesn't take 11 gallons to go 21 miles. We were not reimbursed for this
