The Rep at front desk was very Rude and he used curse words against me. His attitude was touching the sky. I even reported to the Local field manager named Sharif Clark.
MOHSAN AThe check in process was a bit of a scavenger hunt. It took me 45 minutes to figure out the App and how to find the truck and key. I didn't realize the facility was closed. I won't use the mobile App again. It was a huge hassle.
Emily HThe guy behind the counter screamed at me. He threw my cards at me. He was so unbelievably rude. All because I tried to explain to him I had already paid for it, AND I WAS RIGHT, and he continued to harass me, accuse me, yell at me and act like an overall asshole. And he didn't even apologize for his mistake or behavior. He didn't give me any kind of instructions to fill the tank or clean the truck, ehich cost me a lot extra. I didn't even sign anything agreeing to this. Someone so rude should not be in customer service.

JUDITH NOnly issue we had was the drivers side floor was a little muddy/dried dirt (but it had been nasty lately) and the USB to charge phone was spotty. Other than that, great experience, easy to use.

DARREN CI recently had a very disappointing experience at this location while picking up a U-Haul that I had reserved online the day prior. Despite being the only customer in the store, it took the two employees over an hour to complete the dispatch process. This was a significant inconvenience, as it was my only day off, and I had a lot to move from my home. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of acknowledgment or compensation for the delay. One of the employees even stated that I would have been waiting over an hour regardless because they are "usually busy"-a comparison that didn't make sense given that I was the only customer there at the time. I found this response both unprofessional and dismissive. Due to this unnecessary delay, I was unable to complete my move in a timely manner. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone regarding compensation for the inconvenience I experienced.

JOSEPH LWhen we dropped off the truck no one was there. It was late on a Saturday afternoon. We check the truck in via the UHaul App. Perfect. Dropped the keys in the drop box and we are ready to go. Will actually be renting from this location in the coming week.

Dan SHello, When picking up my car within Middletown DE, I broadly was earlier aware with that location being departed at 11am on Saturday morning. But your telephone representative for processing my oncoming Rental path, was EXTENSIVELY VERY NICE!!! She has friendly included your website approach (on my cellular), while including her for very proper response for presented to me the exact path included within (like being my sister). But I also wish for still talking with her when starting that engine on, as the gas size was unfortunately being 2/3 filled before departing. Because I unfortunately paid more money for fully filling that gas tank & before returning that into your other location within Media PA. And the AC/Heating vent was additionally not working properly. So I logically wish for also presenting that issue to herself before departing, but unfortunately excluded that.

Anthony KWhile Delaware Equipment was great and helpful my experience picking up from uhaul overnight was terrible and I'll never do it again. I had an issue with the uhaul app forcing me to reschedule my pick up 3 times. I am very dissatisfied with the process.
