There was one very rude staff who was unwilling to allow us to come to our appointment earlier unless we call the U-Haul customer service, the person who we then met in person also was condescending with her tone when talking to me in person and rudely had someone else come talk to me (he was much more understanding and willing to help us) instead when I accidentally said the word sir when trying to clarify something with her. Very rude and unprofessional, I do not want to come here again for any U-Haul services.
