DERRIK ENo one was there, the parking lot was NOT equipped to handle a 26 foot truck! No phone number posted to call to ask about alternative parking. Had a hard time checking in on sight on the internet. Had a difficult time finding the drop key location.
Kelley LTruck had red dirt staining the rear wheels and chassis. Clean otherwise and ran well. This was not the location we had requested. We were told that we could probably arrive an hour early and do a mobile check out, but this was not available when we got there after a 20 minute drive to the facility. The blankets and appliance dolly we had ordered were reportedly available at this site but they were not (the person at the site said "I've told them 100 times that we don't have that stuff") and we had to go find them elsewhere.

Steve PI never received any moving blankets or dollies. But I was still charged for them.
Brandt CI had originally reserved this truck to go in and check out. When I arrived no one was there. After waiting 30 mins and just about heading down the street to a competitor a very rude very disgruntled Devon storage employee showed up. He first said I couldn't rent the truck because he was heading to Texas. Then he said he didn't work there even though he had devein storage shirt on and a key to th building that he proceeded to enter. At this point I was on the phone with UHaul and your customer service rep saved the day. I will never rent from there again.

Kristie CUpon pickup my ticket said there was a 3/8 full tank, however it was more like 1/4. With a 60 gallon tank this a big deal. I should've gone back inside and noted this, however I was already on my way. Wasn't happy about this, although the gentleman inside was friendly and helpful.
