Zero help with picking up the truck and all equipment requested and paid for was not provided. The trust was also not full of gas and was very dirty inside.

Kevin BI dislike the self checkout I had to find the keys. I was their for and whole hour trying to unlock the box. When they'd was locked in the back of the truck. And the owner was on vacation when I call for help and he stated he really kind about the U-Haul part of the business
