This location and owner are GOAT! If you don't know what that means...well, THEY ARE THE BEST. If you have u haul rental needs, whether you are from this area or not; it's worth stopping by to see this owner. There are some things, as customers, we are responsible to do in order to keep our business relationships moving with positive outcomes... 1. Download the U haul App for quicker service. 2. If canceling, contact Uhaul or the rental location prior to scheduled pick-up time. 3. Follow all prompts message to you to confirm your rental. 4. Take pictures, as requested, of tag, passenger side, driver's side, front of vehicle. Confirm correct mileage (odometer reading) before departing with vehicle. Confirm gas before departing with the vehicle. These small details will prevent any conflicts upon returning the vehicle. I TRY TO ALWAYS BOOK HERE SINCE THEY STARTING RENTING THE UHAULS AND WHEN I CALL AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY VEHICLES AVAILABLE; I AM DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I DON'T GET THE SAME TREATMENT AT OTHER LOCATIONS.
