The truck was clean in general but they need to make sure the back is swept out. The previous user left if quite dirty

STEVIE HNeed to work on app couldn't get to work location problem was their at 8:00 to pick up truck had to wait until 10:00 until they opened.

Christopher MWe ordered and paid for "movers" with our truck rental. With no contact information, we had no way of communicating with said movers. They did not show up or call us to get any further information from us that we did provide. "Just in time" movers were supposed to be contracted. Now we must try and get a refund! Not a good system u haul.
