Craig was awesome! When we walked in to pick our reserved U-Haul we were immediately greeted, it felt like we were old friends. I don't technology, so apparently I did the drop off wrong online, but Craig quickly noticed and corrected it for us. When we came back to drop off the U-Haul, Craig was there and inquired about the move, and the performance of the truck, again we felt like old friends. We will definitely recommend Craig and this location to others!

JAMES GThe van smelled HORRIBLE! Whoever used it last must've used it for cow manure or something! No matter what we did the scent would not go away and someone had air freshener in the air vent and it still didn't work. Very disappointing that I had no choice but to use the van because I need to move items and the van was easier for me to drive. I will never rent from that location again, and if U-Haul is going to continue having vehicles like that, then I'm gonna have to just start going to Home Depot and using their vehicles!!!!

ALBERT HThe Customer Service Representative that met us at the location to pick up and return the truck was SO very helpful and nice! We ended up having problems with the air conditioning fan speed control switch and did not discover this issue until we were well on our way on our trip. However, we notified CJ immediately once we discovered the issue. He did offer to replace the truck, but since we were already down the road, we asked him to notate the issue so we would not be held liable for it. He stated that he would and wished us a safe trip. We ended up with no air conditioning the whole trip because the switch ended up falling out of the compartment. Once we returned, we let CJ know that we had no AC the entire trip. I did ask if there was any type of discount he could offer to offset the problem and he was more than happy to accommodate us with a discount on the mileage charge to offset our inconvenience. Again, he was so polite and kind, and the whole experience made me very happy. I have dealt with various U-Haul outlets over the years and working with CJ was the very best experience I have ever had. Please pass onto him how extremely happy I am in working with him and will work with him again in the future for my trucking needs. He was awesome! Michelle England Fayetteville, NC
