James was great, he was courteous and professional. He hooked up the trailer to my truck, explained the safety features, and made sure the trailer was on site. James is simply awesome. I would rent from his location in a heart beat

The truck was very new so I was surprised that during the trip the "service advanced track system" started flashing. That was nerve racking as we were still 200 miles away from our destination. The steering wheel felt loose and the rpm was going to 4 on down grade. Your roadside assistance operator Wilma was great. She reached out to mechanics who assured that the flashing message was ok and we can continue our trip which we did.

This location is difficult to actually find. Signage was not effective if you are not from the town itself. Clean the dirt and mud off the equipment. Seek knowledge about securing vehicles to tow trailers. The person there was very nice and effective with the rental of equipment and paperwork.

Nothing against the people in Scenic, it was the hassle uhaul gave him with this. I received way too many messages via text, email and phone. NOT happy about that. And the trucks suck on gas mileage!

Outstanding customer service staff. What a great experience I had renting a trailer and getting it set up. I would rent from this U-Haul store again.
