Hard to tell where the U-Haul drop off was, lot was too full to pull up

She was very efficient with the sign in/out process. Her team was helpful & the truck was ready when I needed it. Return was smooth too. Great efforts...keep it up.

I bought the truck back after hours. I just so happen to bump into the personnel. I cannot remember his name, but he was extremely helpful and patient. He called Mrs. Anne Who, for the past two days helped me over the phone with extending the rental. I was having a bit of trouble with one of my financial institutions so she helped me check in the truck. Remember, I said after hours this facility is A-1 ! The only thing I can say, might need improving on would be pricing and that's for overall U-Haul.

Worst uhaul location I have ever seen. Very difficult to find and not well marked either. No place to park.

This place was a junk yard. Awful location. This is not where I was supposed to pick it up. You change the location the day before.

Moving is stressful enough, and the staff and the mechanics there were the standard of kindness and efficiency. The truck ran like a BEAST through the mountains I know those mechanics take good care of them, I was a tech for years. It was blowing doors off range rovers all the way to Knoxville. 

Gave me the truck on empty with 17 miles left until e according to the screen. Said to return on e. I returned with a over an 1/8 tank left but when I returned it I was charged 35 for fuel

The reason for No to the equipment question is due to the truck being pretty banged up and the check engine light came on while I was driving.

The only thing that was wrong was th truck i had didn’t have a hand truck and that made my transfer longer and harder than expected.

the staff at doc & d's automotive is very helpful and very friendly. they make you feel at home when you are there. they are a family business that is a independant uhaul dealer who wants everyone to be happy and the trucks are very clean.

Ms. Ann was wonderful! She was so accommodating and provided great customer service. There were also 2 men there Von (I think) and another man(my apologies don't remember his name) that were very helpful and loaded the hand truck and dollies in my vehicle.

It's rough looking on the outside but good! I'd suggest the clean up of the office, stop smoking in office where customers have no choice but to breath it. I'm ridiculously asthmatic so I can't take it long at all. She's a good efficient staff member

I ordered a 10' truck. The truck I got was a larger truck but a man at Docs and Ds insisted it was the 10'. This truck had a build in ramp and I don't think any 10' trucks have them. The 10' trucks drive like a car; this larger truck was a monster and got 7 miles to the gallon. I was surprised I got the wrong truck because I was originally slated to go a a location on Tryon and I assumed they sent me here because the Tryon location did not have a 10' and this location did. The folks here were very nice and it was easy to check in. But, the area looks sketchy. While this may be a subjective assessment, that is the impression it gives.

No one was there. We returned the truck within the hours they listed as being open but they weren't. Tried using the online mobile check in but had trouble with it. Had to get an in-field manager to assist with finalizing my contact.

This place looked like a junk yard, I drove by the "business" because of this. I had to circle back around! I thought my gps was wrong! Not sure why UHAUL has a contract with them. It's located in a sketchy area. Even the business hours were incorrect! Only due to another customer dropping off their truck, I would have called and asked for another location.

Hood spot. Adequate but watch your surroundings. Lighting was exceptional though.

The manager who runs the place is extremely nice and personable and that's main reason for high rating. However, location is sketchy and the entrance to office is not ideal for customers.
