She was very efficient with the sign in/out process. Her team was helpful & the truck was ready when I needed it. Return was smooth too. Great efforts...keep it up.

I bought the truck back after hours. I just so happen to bump into the personnel. I cannot remember his name, but he was extremely helpful and patient. He called Mrs. Anne Who, for the past two days helped me over the phone with extending the rental. I was having a bit of trouble with one of my financial institutions so she helped me check in the truck. Remember, I said after hours this facility is A-1 ! The only thing I can say, might need improving on would be pricing and that’s for overall U-Haul.
