The van was very clean from debris. The Ford Cargo Van was the right size to move household items from point A to point B. The APP for U-Haul was simple to use.

I love coming here to pick up my 9-foot cargo van for my art shows. I always get great service.

The drop off location was just ridiculously far considering how many other U-Haul places are very close to my house. They were only not inviting because it's a Auto Body shop, so it's not the nicest place to drive into. The staff was awesome though.

Daniel WHamid at Dominion Autobody is Awesome. I have rented scores of UHauls; some locations take a long time to get hooked up, others not. DAB is consistently the best, usually hooked up and out of there in 10 minutes. Ideally located in Fairfax.
Trevor DAt the door and the website says they open Sunday but the person told me they close Sunday so i only rented for less than 3 hours that I'm suppose to return Sunday. I picked up at 11 and I have to return before 2 pm.

eric kThe building is set back from the road among other businesses so it is hard to spot from the main road. The lot is somewhat congested and industrial in appearance. Staff were helpful, no issues, but overall appearances aren't going to be on your promotional brochures.

Yenus SVery small location and trucks were stuffed into a very small lot. I had a bit of a delay waiting for other trucks to move so that I could get out. Not a big deal but something to consider. I only chose this site because it was the only one within 25 miles that had the size truck i needed.

Michael NDear U-Haul, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent rental experience. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of my trip, and I discovered water leaking into the truck. This resulted in damage to several of my belongings. While I understand that the rain itself is not U-Haul's responsibility, I believe the truck's condition was a contributing factor to the damage. Gary SThe gentleman running the location called immediately upon receiving my confirmation order to go over making sure I knew my they closed at 2pm and saturday and they were closed on Sunday, so I would be changed an extra day because they do NOT accept 'after hour returns'. This was excepectional service to call and make sure we have ALL correct information, because per my order with U-Hall over the phone I received the incorrect info about 'after hour returns'. Plus, I got to confirm additional question about payment and who was driving that made me feel comfortable that things would go smoothly. Upon returning the truck he run out of his office to greet us and park the truck himself. Above and beyond service. This type of service is not common today.

Kevin HNormally for any type of rental and specially for a big truck and car tranporter I've had a quick how to but this time did not do a walkthrough of the truck or how to load the car etc. Felt rushed. Also disappointing that this was not the original location I was supposed to pick up.

Vickie HFacility is nothing to look at and the lot is super-tight, but the proprietor has always been professional and efficient. With enough lead time, I can ensure the truck size I need is available at this location, which is a make-or-break for me to rent as the miles I'd incur renting from another location would offset the savings of using a UHaul in the first place.

LATOYA WEvery thing is good but the the vehicle and office was very very dirty
Mir aMy only complaint is that the inside of the windshield was very dirty so night driving vision was difficult. The design of the windshield makes it very difficult to clean without a sqweegie, which was not provided.
