DANIELLE MJust a rainy muddy day, but access and dropping off location was great. When i called to confirm my drop off...The young lady was very cheerful and informative. U haul needs more like her...No problems, Will definitely use again.

Christa DTruck was full of sand/gravel in the cab and sand in the truck bed. Location was easy to get to and not too far from Houghton (on the way at least). Used the lockbox for pickup and it wasn't locked. Anyone could have grabbed the keys.

Shelley BPicked up it was dirty had a empty pack of cigarettes in mud was in it when i got home with it i had to wipe it all down i guess uhaul is not worried about covid 19 had no gas the low fuel was on the hand dolly wasn't straped in got no paper work for the reantl . Wanted a 15 ft didnt have it so Reserved a 20ft before I got there got switched to a 26ft which was way to big for what I needed so wasted all that extra gas money for no reason didn't even have the floor of the truck covered because i didnt need that big of truck but it was take it or drive 2 hrs to get a smaller one so 4 hrs round trip wasn't happening

Phillip ZTurn in process was awesome, Benjamin was an excellent uhaul customer service representative, he was helpful and a great human being, one thing that stood out…..t"his way above "people skills" something quite often lacking in our society today….give that guy a raise or a big holiday bonus!!! Definitely an employee Uhaul should bend over backwards to retain.
Mark MWhen I came in they said they were unaware they had a pickup that day and the person who takes care of that wasn't there. Said I would receive a call about my pick up and never did.
