ROBERTO PI rented an appliance dolly but they didn't have any at this location. The person who was there the solution she gave was to go to another location to see if they had any, she was friendly but she didn't resolve anything. But at least I got reimbursed for that. The truck was ok maintained. Not super dirty but not clean either.

OSCAR Cthis was a local move and the woman spoke to someone else in Spanish about my use of the truck who proceeded to tell me that there would be a mileage charge of $.89 per mile and i told this woman that it was a local move and according to YOUR website mikes aren’t charged for local work. based on this i doubt that i will rent from your company again and i will tell everyone that asks me about my experience with this uhaul store in Nogales, Az. FYI: i have rented numerous vehicles from your company since the first of the year and this is the worst experience i have had with your representative.

Dayla CThe young lady at the counter did an excellent job with customer service. She even helped me to hook up the trailer. (I'm a senior). You REALLY need to have someone there who will hook up and unhook trailers. Neither she nor I should be expected to do that, I will certainly warn my friends about that when I recommend the location to them. This will be a big minus in deferrals.
