I have rented from this location several times over the past couple of years, they are always friendly and helpful.
TODD CExcellent service à la clientèle. Had Uhaul's of various sizes available to rent immediately. Was in and out within 5 minutes.

BRIAN FWhen we arrived to pick up the truck it was not there, we left went back to our apartment because we couldn't call the number for the head of the location we were at until 9 & it was 8:30 after talking to that lady she told us it had to be there we went back and magically it was there so we get the truck, take it back to our house and the whole back was soaking wet like it was filled with water. Terrible customer service not helpful whatsoever.
TJ AIt was easy and fast to get the uhaul. Instructions were given and very clear. The gal that helped me was very nice and professional.
KELLY SUpdate your app it's not very user friendly
CHERYL OIt's not that the unit was not clean, it was that I was told it had a full tank of fuel, it did not. I put far more in it than I used. The ball joints or front wheel bearings were bad. If not repaired before long this will leave a customer stranded.
BRANDON CWe were charged for the same truck twice. They said that there were two reservations for the account and would not take one off. We only reserved one truck. Absolutely ridiculous.
josh lWe were told we could drop the U-Haul off at any location and that wasn't the case.
MICHAEL MI was 10 mins late to my pickup time. No truck was assigned to my reservation. I asked for a dolly and think I paid for it but no dolly and no one to talk to at location. I hate the whole process as it put all worm on me vs using a staffed location. Never again.

JEFFREY MCan't get vehicle through the app. Must go to some website and being my first time getting a U-Haul I didn't know this nor was it stated in the app that I needed too. If it does it wasn't in my face saying go here. 45mins to figure this out and get the U-Haul after we called someone and got the information about the website

Ruth WWe got our key a hour and a half late we checked back in gas was full and the uhaul cleaned out and parked he got pictures but not of the milage and you screwed us charging 166 dollars when it should have been 80 so hell no I wouldn't recommend uhaul next time I will go with Ryder

britt eI tried to select not applicable because it was only a Drop off site for my rental. Was the weekend nobody was around. Got the receipt e-mailed to me. I was fine with it.

Mark MI don't recall the dolly wheel ramps being so low to the ground. They would scrape the road with shallow bumps. I felt unsafe utilizing the equipment to haul a vehicle.

I was at 4 locations total, and East Main Mini Storage was the only location that actually helped me and provided the service they promised. The only issue was with setting a drop off location; I ended up having to take the trailer an extra half hour away because the staff "couldn't find" any of the two locations in my town.
