Parking was really tight and this location is in a not so nice area of town. Owner was friendly and honest about concerns from last driver of the truck. When putting gas in the truck I could not pump gas faster than a trickle so there may be a kink in the fuel lines somewhere. Also the truck made some grinding noises randomly when at low speed or shifting in lower gears. The truck was clean but it might be in need of a tune up. Overall I'm still happy thanks uhaul!

Holly WI was surprised to find that the mirrors on the 15 foot trucks offered limited / no fine adjustments. The mirrors only move to allow them to be brought close to the truck for access. This made freeway driving in Atlanta, Nashville and Chicago more difficult than should be.

Julianne WYour technology is terrible and crashed while we were trying to check out. It took me an hour to wait for your systems to come back up so he could process my transaction. Its embarrassing that a global company cant handle the transaction volume that is required to run a company.

Rick AI delivered the keys without taking pictures of the fuel level. The guy there said he'll do it and not to worry. I had put extra fuel in truck by mistake. When he sent me the receipt he noted amount of fuel less than what was in. Also when I went to the store during working hours it was closed and had to wait outside for 20 min.
