Alot of scuff marks and dents were not marked on the truck. However a customer service person helped document them

This location was very helpful. The original drop off location was just a drop box for the key. I needed a location with people to receive the truck and get my cash deposit back . They were very helpful.

William SMade a reservation that you could not complete, wanted to send me 40 miles away. When I did get a trailer it had rocks in it (Motorcycle Trailer) after 20 miles the trailer came off. The hitch had not been seated on the ball. Had I been driving a lighter vehicle or was a less experienced driver. you might have been facing a major lawsuit.
Barrie FI picked up in one location -they were beyond amazing- and dropped off at another. Dropping off turned pretty stressful when I had to go to 3 locations before I could drop it off. First place was 'at capacity', second place didn't take returns for auto transports, and third place was closed 30 minutes before the time listed online. I called customer service for Uhaul and let them know the trouble I had and they took care of documenting drop off location and details in the file.
Dana MYour online to check in and out is a pain in the butt I couldn't get it done on my phone at all and I never got the money back that was owed to me I paid cash bec of a fraud was detected and we had to shut down my card and get a new one the place new this but yet they put it back to my card they had on file even tho I paid cash never called me nothing
Brandy SDrop off location was unsuitable for after-hours. Nowhere to drop off that didn't have a slope and nothing to chock tires to prevent rolling. Ended up having to dumpster-dive to get something to chock the tires.

ROGER TI have been moving, and have had four or five rentals in the last couple of weeks. I have used a virtual card for every rental and box purchase, but the last rental, they told me that U-Haul wanted a non-refundable $60 deposit to use it! That's BULL!!!!!!!!

STEVEN HI turned in the truck after hours so I can not say anything about the personnel. Though, it was quiet easy to get the 26 foot truck into the location and parked. Also the key drop was easy to find.
Ben SThe truck I was rented had a loud rattle like bolt was loos and metal was hitting together underneath. I had to listen to that the whole weekend I had the truck and will not recommend
Chad WI had to go thru two trucks to get a decent truck to drive. The first two need a frontend alignment. Lots of steering play. The third truck steered great but had not been cleaned out. Found a furniture dolly along with another two-wheel dolly in the back with some trash. Attendant stated that he had never had anyone bring back a truck before.

STEVEN DThe cargo trailer was not hooked to the trailer hitch properly causing it to come off while driving on the freeway. This almost caused us to lose the trailer and flip the car. Very unprofessional and very dangerous.
