I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a U-Haul. Super friendly!
VIRGIL CNot a single thing. The equipment was so clean, even the rubber floor mats were clean and wiped down. The team was attentive and friendly. Overall, a VERY positive experience and this will be the only place I rent from in the future. Great job!

Anthony TWhen I went to pick up the truck it had me put in my drivers license and verify my info then it gave me a notification that my pickup was on hold while yall verified the things on your end. You should really make it so that has to be done when reserving the U-Haul not at pickup. I was on a tight schedule and that made me later than I needed to be.

THOMAS MRemote check in was a nightmare. Location was closed during the day. Called for support twice and was hung up on. Vehicle was old and had less than the amount of gas it reported. Location was good but otherwise would Not recommend.

JAMES SThe female and young male who supplied my customer service were kind and caring and I appreciated that. The truck I received ran poorly and raised concerns on would it make it to my six hour destination. It did make it but shortly before I dropped it off it died at an intersection raising my stress level. Please retire that vehicle.
