The person running the location was very helpful over the phone. The vehicle had a possible transmission issue. I used the 24/7 app process to schedule and pick up and drop off. I was frustrated that my driver had to install an app to upload his information and the app would not install on his phone. When he used the website to try to do it the website kept failing. My two contacts that were reached out by your automated system received a text stating that they would receive a phone call but they never did. because we had to complete all of the uploads and driver process at the location, it extended our pickup time to over an hour while raining. I would not recommend the 24/7 process you currently have in place to anyone I know. Your customer service representative stated to me that I had to wait for the driver approval before we could take the vehicle. I never received a text phone call or email concerning the driver's approval.
Jody HThe 26' van I reserved was not available for 0800 pick-up. I called the number provided and the ladies were great! They found another truck in the area that was available at the correct time. It worked out but I don't plan to patronize Elliots again.

DANIEL TPer Day rate wasn't bad..$1,09 per mile plus fuel used, I felt was a bit high. But over all not terrible. Pick up location was great to deal with,

Eric DA really nice new truck. Probably the nicest I have ever rented. Although the driver side door didnt close all the way at the top so the 3,5 hrs I drove it was pretty noisy. No fault of Elliot auto though

Dawn VNot taking anything away from this location. They were excellent. But the fact that I had to make 2 60 mile round trips to get my trail. Despite having had a reservation with a location closer to my address. Is very disappointing. I'll cancel and find other means if this happens again.
Solomon WMy comments are directed towards Uhaul in general, not this location. I reserved a truck for another location in Hanover, which for some odd reason no longer had the size truck I had reserved weeks earlier. I even saw the correct size truck at this location two days before I was called and told that the Hanover Uhaul location did not have the size truck I needed. This was a deep and distressing inconvenience.

MICHAEL BWhen I made the reservation, I was told that about the shortness of available equipment at the location where I made the reservation, they informed me that I would received an email the next day with information to the pick up location, which was suppose to be close to the where I originally made the reservation. On the email I received they gave me direction to pick at a much farther place, when I contacted the original place, I was told that was the only placed, when I asked if the equipment could be pick up and deliver to a closer location by uhaul, I was told they were too busy to do that, and that I had no other choice but to go picked it up my self. Very disappointed in the far drive that I had to make on a rental truck from another company, which I had to pay for the extra miles.
David MEasy in and out. The staff was in early so I was able to return trailer very quickly
TIMOTHY PLet the person renting the uhaul that there is a specific time they have to return them, and not just what day.
