Even though the location ran out of handtrucks, the professional staff helped to provide solutions. Fantastic staff and fantastic U-Haul location. These guys are the best!

Steven NI reserved moving blankets online and then showed up and the guy told me he didn't have those at that location or any moving supplies but they had windshield wipers and battery's for cars? The truck was a mess inside and it sounded like the engine was going to blow and was so slow on the road so many cars were passing us. The worker wasn't friendly to my mom that I told him not to talk yo her like that and change his attitude. It was already a stressful day and turned into a more annoying day but we're glad it's over with now.

Jose GI reserved and needed an appliance dolly to move our family safe. When I arrived he didn't have the items I reserved. He offered to call another location but it was a distance away which would have added to my total as I was being charged by miles. I ended up having to go to a home depot to rent a dolly for the day, costing me an additional $40. Had I not been able to find a dolly the entire move would have been cancelled. I would have appreciated being notified that the item I reserved was no longer available in advance so I could find an alternative location or plan accordingly.

Luis AThe check out process through the app takes way too long. It took over 20 minutes tk check out and it wouldn't accept my mileage fuel gage pictures.
AMANDA RThe parking lot is incredibly difficult to navigate… and the trailer itself was broken. It was impossible to navigate and turn. It shouldn't take a total expert to be able to use your product. Really unacceptable and quite dangerous.
JOSEPH LEasy mobile after hours pick up
Terra CI went into this location to rent a van. It was snowing and I told them I was going up to Park city. I asked how it does in the snow, and if they had chains I could use. He assured me that it never has problems in the snow, but that there were no chains. Needless to say we could not get it up the street my husband and I both took turns pushing it up the street with the gas floored. It took us 40 minutes to move about five houses worth. I threw out my back and I've been laid up in bed now. You would think UTah in the middle of winter would either have four-wheel-drive or chains. This is the worst customer experience. Please get chains during the winter in Utah.
SAMIRA BThis was a tow dolly rental. Not much to check, so the bare minimum would have been nice. One tire had only 20 lb pressure, noticed after the vehicle was driven onto the dolly. For the next customer, maybe do a basic safety check

Kristy BPerson that assisted us was very nice. Service was very fast and person help with hooking up tow dollie. I didn't get the name but he was super nice! Thank you, we got back to NM with any trouble. The barrier around the tow dollie tire was pretty roughed up during hook up but person that help us indicated it happen and from being used over and over.

LUIS GI showed up on Sunday to grab a van. I was heading out to a job and was already late due to the timing of the location opening at the same time as the start of the event. No big deal. I was thinking the pickup would be minimal time and I'd be on my way. This was not the case. I arrived at 9:59AM via Uber and expected to be greeted at the door at 10:00AM. I sat outside on the curb until the employee arrived at 10:21AM. I was already upset due to the extra overlap in schedule. The guy proceeded to take his sweet ass time getting everything ready, in his "Playboy" shirt. I didn't get out of there until after 10:30. Not happy at all with this service. The van was dirty as well. Do you guys not even clean these out?
Melanie HReps were helpful when their system crashed. Not sure what caused the system crash. We were able to pick up a vehicle the next day so it all worked out.
Kimberly SI stopped in the day before to make sure all was in place for the following morning pick-up! All good! I arrive the next day and the employee decided never to show up. The Emissions expert that DOESN'T work for U-Haul was amazing that he would stop his job on car work and use a FaceTime on his phone to another U-Haul to help this NON-employee get me a truck. The truck itself was disgusting with bugs on the windshield, I had to scrub the truck clean AND help move it out of a back corner parking lot with 2 trucks ahead of it to be moved first. It is my mission to make sure the SLC area knows this is a worthless place to rent a U-Haul.
