Gale BReceive equipment with the gas tank full. That way there's no question on how it's returned. I returned my truck with more gas than it originally had - so I get a credit for filing the tank, right?

JUSTIN CTruck was not cleaned between many rentals based on the interior and windows, ( windshield was opaque when driving into the sun). I can only assume that if there was no cleaning maintenance then the mechanical was undone also, based on the out of balance tires.
James KThis was a much quicker experience because it was merely a drop off. This is a very rural location, so it was very easy to get in and out of with the equipment as soon as I pulled into the spot, someone came out and helped me disconnect the trailer. This guy was equally as nice as the girls in North Carolina.

FRANK LThe rep advised me upon pickup that there is a fee for a lost key but did not mention a $50 fee to wash mud off of the mat. Also my son and I stood around for about 10 mins and the rep never said we were done. I asked is there anything else And the rep said no. I said you could have told us we were good to go. He said nothing. Horrible customer services!
