Amazing and Friendly service at this location! The rental served my needs perfectly
CHARLES LWas a little difficult to know which door to go to-----sits on the back side of the building. Several doors for different businesses. Perhaps little signage is a deterrent to break-ins. Person I met was helpful and friendly. Location was a little confusing-----didn't know for sure if it was U-Haul or another business.
MARGARET BCustomer service was very professional and efficient. This was the cleanest U-Haul vehicle I have ever rented, absolutely amazing.

Nathan CIt's fine, but in my opinion. To offer equipment rental then $160 to install the ball and light connection. Is ridiculous, I imagine if you rent something. You'll rent the attachments to it. But I guess that's how you hustle.
