Dennis PBest pickup location I have used. Was in and out quickly. Hooked up the trailer for me. Answered all my questions.
Jeffrey BI ordered the trailer on Oct 6th and I requested the site of Graverts automotive services located at 703 N Harrison St in Davenport IA and the day before pickup I was notified to pickup the trailer in Eldridge ia which was NOT the location I requested pickup from. Uhaul had 2 weeks to make sure that there was a trailer located at the requested pickup site and you failed. Why as a nationwide business do you allow this to happen. This is not customer service and this policy absolutely sucks! I would never recommend anyone to use Uhaul.
Thomas AThere was nobody there. No business sign. Just two U-Haul vans parked in the grass. So I left the trailer next to those to vans.
STEVEN CThe u haul was at 1/4 tank of tank when got it so I had to fill it before getting started so I sent back with more gas then got and got charged for the extra miles. I also thought I ordered moving equipment and didn't get any. The app is a bit of a pain.
