David VI was supposed to have a furniture dolly and blankets and I didn't find out till the day of that they were out of stock. Not to mention the lady said there would be a dolly in the trailer and there wasn't one.

ELAINE HI reserved a van. When I arrived the van it was not available. Because of the time element they gave me a small truck at my expense for the truck. Customer service seemed to not matter.

BARRY WVery friendly and attentive service! Sherry gave me clear and easy instructions for access. The unit was clean and climate controlled storage was comfortable. The wide bay doors made loading even large exercise equipment easy. Wonderful unit so far and easy access with good security. Will continue using and recommend.

Janice RThe app was a little confusing and redundant but I was able to get my trailer anyway.
Lance DThey picked a random drop off location without letting me choose it. I went to drop it off and the location was closed and I had no access to drop it off. After an hour on the phone with 3 different phone attendants, I was finally told to leave it outside the gate. I had to unattached it by myself and leave it there. I will not use u-haul unless there's no other option in the future.

david vThis storage unit was canceled because there were glitches in the third party affiliates with processing the $20.00.. The system error was charging me for the non -refundable again, while anticipating to purchase packing supplies at checkout under my account. Therefore because I had to cancel on behalf of untrustworthy system errors I felt as though my account could be compromised And I would like to hope that I can receive my $20 back onto my credit card as reported to my credit card company. Necessarily because my supplies were going to be purchased with an entire different type of credit card.. This third party affiliates system fail to protect my confidential information. Therefore please reconsider your decision per your policy and please return my $20 processing fee back onto my credit card account.. Thanks For Your Understanding IN THIS Matter. Potential Customer/ MJS
Mabel J | RéservationTruck broke down on me I barely made it home then was stuck for three hours. Not to mention someone had to come out and fixed it then I was charged $690 for them saying I didn't put gas back in truck and I went over my mileage. Of course I did I was broke down for three hours then had to take my things afterwards home then dropped truck back off so basically I feel like I got ripped off and I feel I deserve some of my money back because it's not my fault the truck had equipment failure. Sad situation seriously.
