MY SON TURNED IN THE TRAILER ON THE DATE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TURNED IN. THEY WERE TO BUSY TO GIVE HIM A RECEIPT, SO MY SON TOOK PICTURES OF DROPPING IT OFF. MY SISTER DOWN IN GA. KEPT GETTING PHONE CALLS ABOUT THE TRAILER. I CALLED MY SON AND TOLD HIM THAT THEY HAD NOT PUT IT IN AS BEING RETURNED YET. HE CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WILL GET DONE. 8 DAYS LATER THEY STILL HAD NOT TURNED IT IN. SO, MY SON CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE IN CHARLOTTE AND TALKED TO (KIM). WHILE HE WAS STILL ON THE LINE THEY CALLED THE EXPRESS AUTO SERVICES AND HAD THEM TURN IT IN. I FEEL LIKE THIS WAS VERY UNNECESSARY AND CAUSED ALOT OF WORRY AND ALOT OF CALLS. IF MY SON HAD NOT TAKEN PICTURES I FEEL LIKE BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY DID I WOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR ALL OF THOSE DAYS. IF THEY CAN'T STAND UP TO YOUR STANDARDS AND POLICIES AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THE CUSTOMER, THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO HAVE THE NAME OF DEALER FOR UHAUL.
