Bradley HKeep your trucks maintained. This truck had no heat. This truck had too much play in the steering wheel. This truck had annoying clicking noises coming from the engine. This truck had mushy brakes. On the plus side, this truck had brand new Michelin tires. The check in and out process was nicely orchestrated by David.

David PThe owner/manager was repugnant. Dirty location. I requested a certain drop-off location near my destination. He designated a different location where no one showed up at their opening hour. Very disappointed and difficult.

KAREN NOperator of store did not greet me or offer any assistance with the drop off. I had to literally follow him into the work area and ask questions about a receipt after unloading and stowing the trailer myself.

David PWhen it rained water poured into the cab from what I am guessing was a windshield leak. Water came out of the grab hand holds on both side of the cab and dripped on me for hours.
Craig ABrake fluid was low in vehicle but they were great when asked if it could be filled. Vehicle was dirty and tires were really in need of being replaced-almost all were totally bald

Kaitlyn TI was not told that there was a limit on mileage. It wasn't on the website when I booked. It was on the contract but only after the transaction was complete. It would be nice to point that out before signing contract.

randy gNot charge for equipment we didn’t have and have the parking lot open so the truck can be returned and not charging $400 when we couldn’t return the truck due to the parking being blocked

Celeste BThe brakes were on the end of their life and the truck swayed heavily without a load on it. Lights were dim on low or high beams. Not a huge complaint the truck just seemed on the end of its service life. The lack of aux plug was annoying as the radio stations are terrible around here.

Danna AThey miss stated my gas and returned it in the computer 24 hours after I turned it in and so I got charged for an extra day and gas. Took forever on the phone to get it corrected. I wouldn't use this location for any U-Haul rentals.
