We dropped off while closed, but the ability to do that without any interaction or waiting for them to open was a huge help as I was moving from hours away and friends still had a long drive back home. Had my final receipt and everything first thing Monday morning and it was a very easy and simple process. Would highly recommend or use them in the future. Merci.
Kimberly SMoving during winter is complicated. Changes in temperature and humidity so a strange sound happened resembling a wheel bearing going bad and I had to stop and call for a mechanic to come. The Uhaul service on this call was professional and good work and the mechanic found it was a new belt on the motor assembly and he sprayed some dressing on it which reduced that noise. But it also delays my arrival by a day because I had to stop for the night sooner than my scheduled plans. I had to pay for an extra 3 days. Not blaming anyone, it is winter weather and things happen like mechanic tightened the wheel girdles on tires due to temp changes.

BROOKE DI find it extremely frustrating that when you make a reservation, that you can be told to go to another location for pick up, there should have been a truck at the requested location because that is how reservations are supposed to work. I have never heard of another company that does it that way. It was extremely stressful and displeasing.
Elysa OWhen I went to finish my drop off on the U-Haul app, my app crashed before I could finish uploading all of the photos. When I went back into the app, I could not find the reservation in my current or previous transactions. Just in case, I get any damage claims, or any issues, I have taken my own photos and videos of my drop off.

Mark GNever knew if that location but happy my daughter showed me, I will love to return for another uhaul but I'll mostly return for my fishing equipment. The gentleman was awesome to us, my daughter lived it so much she offered to work for him. Thank you for your awesomeness see you soon
Tawana MI was charged $11 fee for gas. I got the receipt via email and said the gas tank was empty on return, however there was atleast a quarter tank plus at time of rental. I had Approximate 25 miles of usage at time of rental and I only drove 9 miles! How do you use 1/4 tank of gas for 9 miles? I will address this issue when I rent from them on 11/18. I should have had the guy go check out the van When I returned it on 11/11/23. I won't make that mistake again! Didn't have a problem the 2 previous times, Hopefully an isolated event!
