Dinesh Patel was very accommodating, kind and helpful. I would rent from his location again and again. 5 stars!!
MELISA RThere was confusion about what check-in they can do at the location. For instance, they could not process my order when I presented my physical Driver License. I had to be sent a link where I could scan and upload my license front and back. This took more time than I have experienced in previous car rentals. I was not the only customer who was unaware that everything had to run thru the app rather than thru the agent at the location. But. thee overall experience was fine and the truck worked out smoothly.
Gregory BOur order had 5 packing blankets requested but there were none and the person there could not help us. In future would go to U-Haul dealer to pickup vehicle.

Jelle vWe had no idea that the location was a UHaul facility. Their was no clear visible signage. Only by calling were we able to figure out that it was located at a hotel.
