It doesn’t appear that I received a $100 credit for dropping the truck off at a location that wasn’t as close for me??

JEFFREY HThere was no one at the location when I dropped off the truck the following day of picking up and I had to make a couple of calls to UHaul call center to get the final receipt. They were very helpful.

WILLIAM GThe location and equipment were excellent. This was a last minute rental and they had the availability. The self check in and checkout was nice but took a little longer than expected to do both. Definitely recommend, especially this location.

Ruth MWhile this was a good business, I was scheduled to pick up at another location. When I arrived I was notified that the trailer that I was to pick up was at this location. 35 minutes away… not convenient at all. I was told that it had been "Delivered to the alternate location". When I picked it up the business owner said "this trailer has been her for a week." I am very confused and was frustrated that there was not better arrangements and information as to the closest location for pick up… waited 1/8 tank of gas.

Trevor OWe picked up, and dropped off the truck when the office was closed. I have an android phone. It was not able to verify my location even after checking permissions. However, my son had no problem with his iPhone. When dropping off the truck the instructions stated to enter the combination to unlock the box to leave the key. That didn't work. After calling the representative at home, he told us to simply lift the lid and drop the key in the slot. THE INSTRUCTIONS DID NOT SAY THAT. We wasted a lot of time trying to follow the incorrect instructions. After completing a move, this was extremely frustrating. CHANGE THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!

Rebecca CGreat service and response, I called another location and before they called back, 6 hours later, I had a reservation completed with exactly what I needed. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment was excellent resulting in a great experience.
