Sheree MNot a good experience. I couldn't make it in before closing so I did thr mobile pickup. I maybe missed it somewhere in tiny print, but apparently after 30 min from your pickup time your rental disappears and you end up stranded if you get dropped off. After an hour on hold and waiting with uhaul, they finally reopened the rental and got me the combination so I could get the keys! Great off to move...NOT...the dolly I requested and paid for was not in the truck. I was moving our family of 5 by myself as our children are young and my wife is disabled. That being said, the appliance dolly I paid for was a MUST. Poor follow through from this location caused me MUCH issues without my proper equipment. I also had to pay someone the next day to come help me with the large items that I could literally not do by myself. I reported at check in that my dolly was missing but was never refunded or offered a single thing for THEIR mistakes. Never again would I use this location and definitely never the mobile headache check in. So many other issues also like not being able to use flash foer then pictures of the truck at pick up. It was 730pm and pitch black. Horrible experience with zero resolution. Thanks uhaul
