Make the online process more clear. I set up the reservation to pick up in Sauk Centre and the drop off in Glenwood, and suddenly, Uhaul would not let me do that.

Picked up the truck and about 2 blocks out of the lot found out one of the inner tires was blown. For the amount of damage it had to have been bad for a while. Customer service took 20 minutes to answer. Took the roadside assistance almost 2 hours to get to us AND they didn't have a new tire! Ended up waiting another hour for the new tire. Never working with this company again!

The truck I rented doesn't technically fit a king size bed. I was quoted 0,4 cents for each mile I went over, then charged $1 instead.

I had a bit of trouble with the app at check-in (turns out my location services for the app were off). The staff was super-friendly and had me on my way quickly. Highly recommend this location! PS: I was able to do the return process on my phone.

I had to call another Uhaul to get help hooking up the trailer. The lady that did my check-in was good but said she didn't have anyone to hook-up the trailer and asked if I had help.

The location was fine, BUT I paid extra for a guaranteed closer to me only to have it changed in the last few days. What is the good of a guaranteed pickup that really isn't it is misleading.
