Very very disappointed and then to be charged an additional 231 saying I drove 232 miles is crazy to me with all I experienced from renting a u haul from this place I’ll never use u haul again

Pickup time was 10:00 we got to the location and found out the location was closed for 3 months. We were able to make contact with the owner who advised that she was out of town. She recommended using the black box to rent the truck once getting online and getting access to the key the truck wouldn't cranked. Uhaul found us a truck 4 miles down the road to a salters location. 3 hours later we were able to get the truck. The transaction at the salters location was superb
patricia nPick up point was the worst experience I've ever had. Called to file a complaint and your piece of shit company never called me back. Scam, overpriced junk.

Albert HThis truck was returned the way it left Columbia sc the lady at fatz Cafe was looking for a reason to try and over charge me, as I explained to her the truck was clean because I only put a new refrigerator in it she continued on about cleaning it being charge this is before she even looked in it, I told my sister watch her try something slick , now I get this say the truck is damaged, I took pic inside but did not think to do the outside because nothing touch the outside, this a resp off and we'll go to court before I give a dollar more

VERNON FIt took almost an hour and a half to get the truck. The gas tank was documented at the wrong amount. The location was in the middle of nowhere. I was sent there because the location I booked was later found to not have the truck I needed.
