NURLAN AThe cabin has a hole. My furniture and boxes all get wet and damaged. I called to let the company know without asking for money back. Next day got the bill for almost $20 extra because they said the gas is not up to the limit. I puts gas and took the picture before I return. I call customer service to show them the evidence they said their manager will call me back. 2 days nobody call or reaching out to me.

Adeline AArrived at 8am business was closed. Didn't realize I could access the vehicle via the website. Nobody explained that before hand. Took a extra 25 minutes. Once I got into the truck it was almost empty. That took another 15 minutes out of my way to add gas. That sucked.

Glen AU-Haul completely botched my reservation that was supposed to be a one way from Coral Springs FL to my new apartment in Miramar FL with a drop off in nearby Pembroke Pines FL. Upon my arrival to my location to pick up the truck I was told they did not have my truck and a location was not assigned to me. After calling U-Haul to find a new truck the only option was 30 minutes further north and a rental in which I had to bring back. Instead on a 30 mile trip I got charged with an 82 mile trip at $1,19 per mile, additional fuel on both my personal vehicle and the truck. I made my reservation 1 week prior and U-Haul did not reach out to me prior to advise that there was an issue with my reservation. Since the company botched my reservation so badly I want to be reimbursed the cost of fuel on both the truck and my personal vehicle (at the same gas rate U-haul charges clients) and all mileage waived. The only thing I am willing to pay is the daily rental fee for using the service. Please open a customer action file immediately.
George NI rented the Uhaul on a Friday afternoon 11/3 and the young lady was very polite and efficient. Early Saturday morning at 6 a.m., I headed to the storage unit I rent. Unfortunately, the interior windows of the rental vehicle have never been cleaned in months making it difficult to see, but I managed. I forgot the whole dirty thing until I turned the vehicle back to the Deerfield Beach, FL store Saturday afternoon. I brought the dirty windows to the male attendant working the desk. His statement to me was interesting: "Sorry buddy, Uhaul doesn't provide any cleaning supplies to us to clean the interior.... I indicated soap and water would do the trick, his response was "Most of our customers are not as clean as yourself obviously". What type of stupid answer is this???
