They didn’t know there were 3 U-haul locations in La Vernia Texas, so I had to drop the trailer in Floresville
JAMES AI had my pickup location change on me last minute, I originally was told I would have to drive all the way to Houston from my original desired location pickup in College Station. Thankfully they sent us to Bedias which was still about a 45 minute drive, which is better than a hour and a half

Jerry BYour online sign-up sucks. People at the location were wonderful and got me going right away but the link you sent me for checking equipment out didn't work out for me.
KENNETH BEasy to deal with, easy pickup and delivery, clear instructions. The UHaul APP on the other hand is terrible and wouldn't let me complete the return after hours.

Lena NOriginal Reservation for Drop off in College Station, TX. All locations in Bryan/College Station were at max capacity, Resulting in 100 mile round trip to drop off. What is the point of a reservation if they refuse to take the item?
