The trailer had a flat tire which we did not notice until we got to our location and packed the truck. Luckily, we noticed it before we left with a full packed trailer. I had to call three different people to get assistance and it took them 2 hours to come fix the tire.

Our agreement did not show up in their computer and they were unaware of our return. I tried to return it with the app but it was telling me to return it to a location 5 miles away. After a few phone calls, they were able to resolve it.

SHAWN DWas told I had to drop trailer myself and had to park by hand. Originally reserved a drop off at another location in miller trunk, guy there was rude and in helpful. I should charge you extra for dropping and parking trailer, total garbage
DAMIAN DThey scammed me out of extra $58 and couldn't tell me why? I would never recommend them to anyone or ever go there again! I am calling the main Uhaul today and complaining big time! This is so unacceptable and Uhaul recommended that I go there! What a joke! RIPPED ME OFF!

Robert TI was relocated from a main uhaul place that did not have the trailer i needed. When i bought the hitch i needed there, they failed to mention i needed electrical...hence i had yet another surprise stop at northern tool Thank goodness all places were close. Sincerely, first time trailer puller!!!
