The U-Haul representative was awesome. My rating has to do with the fact that the trailer that I rented got a flat tire on my way home. Not just a flat tire, the tire was completely shredded. I was stranded on the side of the road with a loaded trailer for over an hour in the pouring rain while I waited for roadside assistance to come and change out the tire. Do better with maintaining your equipment, U-Haul!

ERIC LEmployee at the drop off location was very helpful and apologetic about the issues I had. He was able to print me out the contract that the pick up location wasn't able to do.
John LI will forever and always use this location for truck or trailer rentals. They are friendly, efficient (I was in and out for my pick up in 10 minutes) and clean.

Christopher CHave the equipment!!!! Especially when a reservation was made over a month in advance. There were the same equipment on several locations but they were reserved for others. I DO NOT understand why their equipment was available for their reservation but not mine. It's a horrible concept
