Totally screwed up my reservation and put wrong return location. Now Uhaul trying to screw me out of over $300.

Anget BWhen someone calls to get unstuck and they owe money ask for a payment instead of trying to repo a 100 %disabled marine corp veteran stuff. I had the cash i got trap in a flood in welch. Worst service ever!!
BRIAN DIt was an easy drop off. I called the number and the gentleman told me where to park and drop off the keys. I never actually talked with a person.
ANDREW HReserved a 26' truck well over a week in advance. Was "guaranteed" to have a 26' truck available to pick up. When I arrived at the location the personnel stated that there was no 26' truck there and he had not had one in months. The personnel at the location did go out of their way to travel to another city and personally deliver the truck to my house. Unfortunately this delayed my moving by nearly a full day.

DAWID TThe delivery location changed, 3 hours after I picked up the truck. It added 35 minutes to my drop off location. I got a call around 300pm on Sunday asking when I was returning the truck, to which I responded today like my return stated. It had no time on the return, just a date. After I dropped the truck off, I was charged for extra miles, even after explaining that I only went over on mileage because they changed my drop off location to 35 miles further away than originally. If I had any other option I would pick it.
Austin LI don't think they need to improve anything. They were very helpful and was on top of it when I returned the trailer.
AMANDA RWas unable to reach the associate by phone for an hour. Waited at the pickup location for a half an hour after the pickup time when finally the associate answered and said he didn't hear the phone ringing. This is unlike a U-Haul store where someone is always there to check out a truck and I recommend you don't use this local service unless you're ready for significant delays and confusion.
Hannah NWhen I initially made the reservation I received an email stating my tow vehicle may not meet the requirements and I needed to go to one of the Uhaul locations to get an inspection done. I called Appliance Solutions which is near my location and the person who I spoke with said he never heard of such a thing. I drove to Fairmont MN to pick up the trailer and had no issues and the gentleman there hooked up the trailer for me and verified my lights worked.
John FI did not like using the U-Haul app for picking up the rental. There was no person present and I did not realize I needed to call them to get the keys and correct truck assignment. Much prefer renting from a standard store front operation. I also did not receive the correct number of packing blankets that I reserved and paid for (24) but only received (6).
Keith WI called a week prior to the drop off to make sure that someone would be available for an in person check in and he assured me they were open until 2:00 p.m. I called at 1:30 to tell them we would be there in a few minutes but he said he was not there and would not be back until later. We could not do the on line check in with the technology that we have so I called a supervisor and she was able to help with the check in remotely.
