U-Haul was a difficult and frustrating experience. 1) the app shows vehicles that do not exist in the location 2) I schedule 26’ truck on the chestermere location in person and when I got there I did not any reservation under my name 3) 30 min waiting for someone to pick up 4) reservations are not editable does not make sense
Amanda CI got my keys almost 20-30 min late and require refund for compensations.

Steven RMy pick-up location was changed a couple of times, but I'm so happy that I ended up at this one. Kapil is so friendly and nice and that really makes a difference. The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and easy. I LOVE the online vehicle check and confirmation. That is the first time that I've seen that. The van was great! I have no complaints or suggestions on how to improve. A++

Fahad HGot the van and it was not cleaned beforehand. Previous borrower transported an animal and there was dried feces and urine in the truck. Had to wash the truck liner before I was even able to use the van for moving

Festus OIt took too long to get a U haul because there server was down and they couldn’t put my information in for like a half an hour and wasted my lot of time and it was more expensive then expected
