BRYAN TThe drop off was the absolute opposite of the pick up. Nick was helpful and was so kind. Please send Nick from Foley Custom Guns to Farr Hardware to teach them how to treat customers. Nick met me outside with a smile. He was friendly and very helpful in the information he gave me. He unhooked the trailer and took care of it for me. He was exemplary in his customer service. I would use Foley Custom Guns any time but I will never use FARR and will tell everyone I know locally to never use them. Again, I would like the $25 dollars that I did not authorized credited back to my card.

HENRY SThe guy was super nice even came in on an off day, but we got pulled over for no taillights once we got to our drop off point, they said we were very lucky because the car hadn't been securely fastened or chained underneath this was a really old car hauler rusted etc. .. This man took a picture of just his hookup but never tested lights or anything we weren't aware it needed to be secured from underneath

Dallas HThe facility was closed when I picked up my equipment. I was never notified that my equipment was for mobile pickup and had to call to get instructions on how to access the keys. I was supposed to pick up a transport with the truck, which had to be rescheduled to a new location which was unacceptable and made a stressful moving day more stressful and challenging.
