Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNicks great. Always helpful
ROBERT MCourteous and professional. Made the process simple
Jason TI had great customer service experience when I figured out where to go to pick up the U-Haul, which business building. I had trouble with understanding that inside. The gun shop was where I was supposed to pick up my U-Haul and I got there a little before nine so no one answered the phone and the gates were locked to the gunshop. Understandably. While I had a wonderful customer service experience once inside I was frazzled prior to that trying to locate where to pick up my U-Haul that morning, so that’s an honest review from me as a single mom with a toddler to pick up at U-Haul in the rain.
Katie WThe guy in Foley, AL was extremely helpful as well as the lady in Atoka, TN. Both are shining examples of how businesses should be run. I would definitely recommend.
