There was nobody at the drop off location so I didn't have verification that I dropped off the trailer so I took some photos just in case. I called the drop off location and they couldn't find our contract and promised a call back but that didn't happen. I called 3 times with no call back then I get a text that the trailer would be considered stolen so I called the U-Haul national number which connected me to the state office and they got this all straightened out.

this is the second time that we have used this UHaul rep, which was originally in Henderson, TN and is now in Pinson, TN. We returned a truck between 2:45 and 3 pm. Upon arrival, there was a shed that was marked "office" and "open". We went to the "office" and knocked because the door was closed with an unlatched lock but no one answered. We called the number on the UHaul paperwork and received no response. We waited 5 minutes and called again. This time, someone answered and said that they were not on the premises, but were out getting lunch. They asked us to use the drop-off box, but we had preferred to personally speak to the representative about our UHaul use and therefore, had come during the afternoon -- not during lunchtime and not after hours.

Wife had to disconnect and remove trailer from ball. No one there. Very dorry service.

There was no representative on site. We ordered the truck and moving equipment but when we arrived the truck was all we got. They had no equipment that we requested but still charged us for it. They also charged us for not returning the equipment even though we never received it. They charged us over $260 for non return of items we never received. If you need a U-Haul please go somewhere else this establishment is a scam and very unprofessional!

I would suggest getting everyone on the same page and when you tell a customer that they will receive their cash deposit back delivering such.

Fill in some of the mud puddles (holes) in equipment parking area, after a rain it's difficult to hook up or drop off with deep holes in the yard, could really use some gravel or rock.

The lot was so muddy after a rain on the day I returned the trailer I had to put my truck in 4 Ed to back the trailer into a spot. Now there's mud on the trailer and on my truck. I do need a truck wash.

The lock box was not discussed and the opening time was a surprise at 10am. on Saturday morning. Our reservation was for 8 am.Sharon was very helpfull and got us going close to 9am.

No one there during business hours, no answer on location number. Had to call 1 800 number. Hooked up myself, not an option to go to other location.

Wasn’t to happy with being charged more money due to no one on site along with saying I dented a bumper which I did not want be using u haul again due to the excessive charges over 300 bucks to use a truck for one day was ridiculous.
