everything went very smoothly very happy. The truck was fantastic and drove really easy. I had a 26 ft truck and it was just great!

Joseph GMake sure the app works correctly for retrieving a truck. The rental location was not open when we picked up the truck, which we knew and were going to use the app to obtain a code for pick up. There was no where in the app to receive a code and I used the 'check in' link in my email as well. The only reason we were able to pick up the truck was because there was a UHaul employee dropping off trailers and he was able to fix it on his end on his ipad. We would have been completely screwed if this employee had not been there!

Their team members Franky do a better job than the app which is why I enjoy dealing with them directly when possible.

Scanning a tag to confirm you're at the pickup location should automatically be an option, I spent way too long waiting for location tracking before I eventually called and got help over the phone. The staff was patient and handled my issues though.
