Nice very professional
Jason WI would think cleaning the truck out before releasing to a renter would be protocol. When I got home and opened the back of the truck there was trash and shards of glass from the previous rental.

Kenny AYou guys are very courteous, were quick to wait on me and very professional. The process couldn't have gone any better, and when I extended the rental for several days, no problem I handled it by telephone. I would definitely use Parish and U-Haul again if the opportunity arises.
MALCOLM NThe cab area needed to be cleaner. Previous renter must have spilled coffee or something all over floor and console.

THOMAS MTrailer was full of debris, rust screws, bolts. Not very good for hauling clean materials.

DELMARSHEA WThere was a broken glass in the truck that we had to clean up before we could use it.

DELMARSHEA WNot too friendly at this location; lack of service. Additionally, I was disappointed that they did not have things I needed (i.e. lock, straps, blankets & was told about it at the last minute). Additionally, I made the reservation at another location on purpose but got re-routed to another location. Three times I have reserved a 10'-footer way ahead and yet a 15'-footer is given because "they get used too often. That's the reason why I reserve ahead of time, receive confirmation, but yet do not get what I need.

DONNA DThe app was the worst part of the experience it kept crashing and not loading even tho my phone service had full bars, took over 25mins and a phone just to get the truck picked up which i was greeted with a old beat up truck. Was also charged a days rate just for 4 hours. Cant say this was a great experience at all.

PATRICIA DHaving to download the app to get keys was super inconvenient. It was difficult to obtain the keys. Had to mess with the lock for a bit to get it to open.

PRESTON FOn my second day the battery failed. After a three hour delay we were back on the road with another old-looking battery. Service guy said this happens all the time. He fixed us up with battery after 90 minute wait.

TROY PUpon drop off it would be nice if they would walk around with you to do a final assessment on the truck. It had previous damage when we rented it. Although the trip went smooth and we didn't have any issues, once we left we had no control of what happened between our drop off and whenever they did their inspection.
