AUSTIN KEmployee's are not checking for damage after every use. Lucky I took the extra insurance out or they were gonna charge me for someone else's damage. They need to make sure all employees do the inspection of the UHauls after they are Returned.

BRIAN DThe truck itself was great. But I suggest if you do the 24/7 pick up you be on time . I was 25 minutes late was scheduled for 10:00am got there at 10:25 needless to say I didn't get into truck and pull off till 1:00 PM . The trucks keys were missing and they had to switch me to another truck . Don't go when there no one in building and building closed
Frankie DThere was a problem I wasn't aware of until day before my truck pickup. Fortunately for me , a lady U-Haul representative, who called me that day helped fix a mistake that was made somewhere during time I reserved my U-Haul until day before truck pickup. My original contract (without my knowledge), the pickup location was changed the day before pickup from Columbia Pa to Lancaster Pa; which would have been a big problem because I had no way to get to Lancaster. The representative that morning saw that "my original contract" stated Columbia Pa pickup location and said that location only had small trucks for "local moving" and I was doing pickup in Columbia and drop off in Pittsburgh Pa. But she called Frick Hardware to see if they could have someone go to Lancaster Pa location and bring a truck to Columbia Pa for me , and they did!!! That was a huge help since I had so much to do in less than a few days to move my elderly parents and disabled brother to Pittsburgh Pa with me. So a HUGE thank you to the lady that called me the day before my truck pickup and to Frick Hardware in Columbia Pa for taking the time to have someone run to Lancaster Pa to make sure I had a truck for moving!!!! So my only suggestion for improvement for the next customer is to try and make sure no one that sets up these contracts for U-Haul service to change "any information " to the original contract with notification with the customer. It could have been very troublesome in my situation had not Frick Hardware stepped up to help out.
