Sandy was very helpful and friendly. He even assisted us with unloading items and re-loading them in our car. We had some items to put into storage and some to take with us.
DAVID HOnly had the van two hours guy never looked it over there was a dent before I took and I should have taken a pic but he did not do a walk around then when I came back he did the billing said have a good day had his employee walk out and look at van the accuse me of doing it but wheee it is the rear light would have been shattered and it was not so someone put a new lens in I told home was not me he then said I don’t believe you and walked off I told him call cops we can settle this cause I know I did not do the dent and he kept saying I know it was not there so I will never use them again or have friends or family I plan on doing a bbb review as well of location and how I was treated
SHANNON SThe store clerks were excellent for this being a new process for them. They were so nice, patient because this was my first time renting a uhaul. I will only go back to them if I ever need one again. Truly a blessed experience.
